We are from the US and Navi was wonderful! He went above and beyond to provide information about the town, and he made sure to accommodate us for our pick up needs during our stay at Straten-Upon-Avon. He was very dependable and punctual! Nav provided a clean cab and punctual service at reasonable cost from Hotel to Stratford on a recent visit.

I rang this company a day before my travel as they were highly recommended to me. I asked for a quote, which was reasonable.
On my actual day of travel, I called them again to request a pick up from my destination … I gave them an hours notice, as they requested.
Once I’d disembarked from the train, the driver was there already waiting.
Clean car, nice fragrance in the car. Driver was very well spoken with good manners.
We had a chit chat along the way.
Once at my destination, I asked if I could book for the following day to return to Stratford upon Avon Train Station.
The booking was made for the following day.
The driver waited for me, as I wasn’t quite sure where the front door was of the person I was going to visit. I gave him the thumbs up.
On Saturday, a half hour before my taxi was due, the driver called me to let me know that there was a road closure and single file traffic; he remembered that I needed to get to the train station.
He picked me up earlier, and got me to the train station on time.
I would like to give STAR TAXI 100% on reliability, flexibility, good manners, cleanliness, friendliness, and a good fair rating for their fares.
I know of a couple of people who have been using this taxi service for a while.
I highly recommend this company to you, and will definitely use their great service again.
